Beat eggs first in large mixing bowl until fluffy..
Combine flour, milk, oil, sugar, baking powder, salt, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and with no lumps left..
Finally pour into a large measuring cup to make it easier to pour into waffle maker. Cook waffles between 5-7 minutes depending on size and brand of waffle maker..
