Put all the ingredients into a bread maker, and wait until the 1st rising is finished. (Or, you can knead it by hand.).
When the dough is ready, place on a surface dusted with flour, and gently press the air out. Divide into 8 portions, roll into balls, and let them rest for 15 minutes..
Form into shapes: Flatten each ball with a rolling pin, and fold the top and bottom flaps to meet in the middle..
