place potatoes, carrots, onion and broccoli in a large pot. cover with cold water. place brats on top and boil for 30-40 min. or until potatoes are tender..
remove brats from pot..
drain veggies..
with a mixer whip veggies with salt, pepper, milk and butter..
stir in cheddar..
serve with cheddar brats!.
