Ingredients of Khajuri Imli Chutney
- It’s 200 gm of Imli - (without seeds).
- It’s 8 se 10 piece of Khajur - (without seeds).
- It’s 100 gm of Jaggery.
- Prepare 100 gm of Sugar.
- You need 1 tea spoon of Salt -.
- You need 1/4 tea spoon of black salt.
- It’s 1/4 tea spoon of Dry ginger powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tea spoon of saunf.
- You need 1/2 tea spoon of black pepper powder.
- It’s 1 teaspoon of Jeera powder - (roasted).
- You need 1 tea spoon of kashmiri lal mirch powder.
- You need 1/4 tea spoon of Green chilli powder.
- You need 1 tea spoon of mint powder.
- It’s 1/4 tea spoon of garam masala.
- Prepare 2 pinch of hing.
Khajuri Imli Chutney step by step
Boil imli & khajoor for 5 min in water and blend when it cools down..
Keep pan on gas at medium flame and pour imli and khajur pulp in it. Now add black pepper powder, fennel powder, jeera powder, black salt, kashmiri lal mirch powder, ginger powder, garam masala, hing, mint powder and mix well..
Now add jaggery and sugar and boil for 8-10 minutes or desired thickness. If it is thick then add some water and boil..
Pour into a bowl and serve with your favourite dish..
