Ingredients of Fried Rice
  1. It’s of Basamati rice (soak 20 min in water).
  2. Prepare of vegetable oil/ olive oil.
  3. It’s of ginger garlic paste.
  4. You need of medium onion chopped.
  5. Prepare of carrot chopped.
  6. Prepare of green beans cut in to small pieces.
  7. It’s of capsicum/Bell pepper cut in to small pieces.
  8. You need of green peas.
  9. It’s of coriander/ cilantro and spring onion finely chopped.
  10. Prepare of soy sauce.
  11. You need of black pepper powder.
  12. It’s of Salt.
Fried Rice step by step
  1. Soak basmati rice for 20 min and cook rice with 1/2 teaspoon salt.

  2. Take a big pot and heat up.

  3. Add 2 table spoon of oil in a pot, once the oil is hot then add chopped onion sauté for 3-4 minutes on medium flame.

  4. Add ginger garlic paste to it then add carrot, capsicum, green beans and green peas then sauté for 4-5 minutes.

  5. Then add soy sauce and pepper powder to it sauté for 2-3 minutes and mix it well add salt as per your taste and turn off the heat, let it cool down a bit then add cooked rice to it.

  6. Mix it really well and finally garnish with fresh coriander and spring onion and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
