  1. Vegetable Egg Fried Rice Procedure: Egg me thora sa Salt aur black pepper powder dal ke beat karen phir ik pan me 4-5 tbsp oil dal ke usme egg dal ke pakayen then minced it. 3 onion, tomato,green chilli,Sabut lehson 3,4 ko grind kar lein Ik badi pateeli me oil dal ke 3 chopped onion golden brown karen phir isme grind tomato, onion, green chilli and lehson dal ke thora bhunain. Add black pepper, dar cheeni,long,zeera,lehson paste..phir thora bhunain..

  2. Add red chilli powder, soya sauce, sirka, coconut powder, chineese salt, salt,knowr cubes..phir thora bhunain…

  3. Add carrot.. jab gajar narm ho jaye to uppar se egg minced daal ke phela dein aur pateeli dhak dein flame off kar dein. Ik dusre pateelay me rice boil karen. pani me salt and 1 tbsp sirka dal lein.rice ko thora sakht rakhen ta ke baad me ye dam pe masalay ke sath pake.
