  1. Soak rice for 30 minutes..

  2. Chop all the veggies.

  3. Heat Cooker, add oil, hing and jeera.

  4. Add onions and fry till light brown in colour.

  5. Add all the spices tomatoes and vegetables..

  6. Mix well and add 1 glass water..

  7. When the water boils add rice..

  8. Close the cooker lid for 5- 7 minutes till 2 whistles..

  9. Garnish with chopped Coriander and add lemon juice and serve Piping hot with curd.
