- It’s 1 of finely chopped capsicum.
- It’s 1 of finely chopped carrot.
- You need 1 of finely chopped onion.
- You need 2 of finely chopped green chilli.
- You need 2 tsp of Finely chopped coriander leaves.
- It’s 1/2 bowl of sooji (semolina).
- Prepare 1/2 bowl of oats.
- It’s 2-3 tbsp of dahi (curd).
- Prepare To taste of Salt.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Black pepper powder.
- You need 1/4 tsp of black mustard seeds (rai).
- You need As needed of eno.
- You need As needed of Crushed peanuts.

Appam recipe step by step
Soak oats in water for about 10 min.
Then mix suji and vegetables of your choice in a bowl.
And now add all the masalas and peanuts to the mix and lastly add eno to it.
Now grease the appam pan with oil or butter and add the mixture to the pan while adding it you can also add mint chutney to it it will give a nice texture to it and then cover it.
Let it cook for about 3-5 min and then repeat the same for the other side.
Appam is all ready to serve you can serve it with chutney or ketchup.
