Cakey cinnamon rolls step by step
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and knead. You may use a spatula as the dough will be runny.

  2. Cover the dough with cling wrap and let it rest for at least an hour… After rising you may place it in the fridge overnight to make the dough firm.

  3. As the dough is rising, make the cinnamon filling. Melt the butter and mix it with the sugar and cinnamon and set aside.

  4. Take your risen dough and knead for a few seconds, roll it out to about a quarter inch thickness.
