  1. Mix dry ingredients in a large Bowl then mix milk, yeast and small warm water, make a hole and add it to the dry ingredients.gradually add warm water and mix.

  2. Turn the dough out on to a surface and knead well until it is very soft and elastic.put it back to the bowl and cover,set this aside for an hour to rise..

  3. Then mix together the melted butter, garlic,curry leaves, black pepper, pepper in a bowl and set aside,once it risen divide it into 5 balls of equal size..

  4. In mean Time heat your pan,take each ball of dough gently flatten and stretch it out using your finger tips,if it is sticky apply some oil,then put it on the pan, using pastry brush apply the butter on it,if it is done turn the other side until is is golden in color.

  5. I served mine with potatoes soup,it is so simple easy and affordable and you can store it in a covered container or nylon in a fridge.
