  1. Prepare 300 g of all purpose flour.
  2. You need 3 of large ripe bananas.
  3. You need 2.5 tsp of baking powder.

  7. Prepare 150 g of butter/margarine.
  8. It’s 100 ml of buttermilk.

  1. Grease and dust your baking tin and preheat your oven to 180 degrees.

  2. Mix all the dry ingredients.

  3. Mash your bananas with a fork. In the case that your bananas aren't ripe enough (as was my case), put them in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. They will come out looking like this.

  4. Cream your butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

  5. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix..

  6. Mix your dry ingredients, wet ingredients, bananas and milk until well combined.

  7. Put your mixture in your baking tin and bake away.

  8. Remove from the oven after forty minutes or until a knife/toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Enjoy.
