  1. prepare corn muffin mix according to directions..

  2. rinse, dry, and cut hotdogs down middle length wise..

  3. cut each split hotdog into thirds..

  4. spray/butter muffin tin.

  5. place large spoonful of muffin mix into each muffin well..

  6. add 2-3 pieces of cut hotdog to each well..

  7. top with 1/2 spoonfull of muffin mix completely. use more mix if needed..
