- In a pan add the palak, methi, water 3 cups wait for a boil and cook for 15 to 20 minutes on medium flame. (once cooked keep aside with the remaining water).
In a separate pan heat oil and add onions, ginger & garlic paste and fry till golden..
- Now add the cumin seeds, black cardamom, cinnamon stick, black pepper corn mix and then add the tomatoes on high flame.
Then add salt, turmeric and salt mix and cook till the oil comes on the surface..
- Now add the chicken and fry it for 2 minutes in the masala on high flame till it changes colour.
Add 1 glass of water cover and cook till the chicken is cooked on medium flame..
- Add the coriander, green chilli mix well.
Now add the chopped palak, garam masala powder mix well.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
