- It’s 2tsp of .Rose Water.
- You need 4 of .Elachi.
- It’s 5 of .cashew nut.

Heat one tablespoon of ghee fry broken seviyan and roast it for 2-3minutes on a low flame..
Soak Rose petals in a little bit of milk grind it keep aside.and rose essence and rose water.finally add chia seeds dipped in water drained and Mix everything in a bowl.keep aside..

Add chopped dry fruits Raisin and roasted it again on low flame for 2minutes..

Add milk,stir it continusly till milk bring it to boil,then add sugar again boil it till seviyan cooks properly and milk mixture becomes thicker..
