  2. It’s 100 g of bacon lardon.
  3. Prepare 3 of garlic cloves (crushed).
  4. Prepare 100 g of pecorino or parmesan or a blend of both (grated).
  5. You need 300 ml of double cream.
  6. It’s 1 tsp of black pepper.
  7. Prepare pinch of salt.
  8. You need of Optional: white part of spring onion finely sliced.
  9. You need of Optional: parsley.
  10. You need of Water for boiling.
Spaghetti Carbonara step by step
  1. Put spaghetti in boiled water cook for preference of bite. 8-15 mins..

  2. Mix the cheese and double cream together in a bowl..

  3. Fry bacon lardons in a separate deep pan until brown..

  4. Add the crushed garlic and optional spring onion to the pan..

  5. Add black pepper and add the cooked spaghetti to the deep pan..
