- You need 40 gms of semolina.
- Prepare As required of Water.
- Prepare As per taste of Salt.
- You need 1 of chopped capsicum.
- Prepare 2 of chopped onions.
- Prepare 2 of tomatoes.
- It’s 1 tsp of Ghee.
- Prepare 1 of green chilli.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of Chana dal.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of Urad dal.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of Mustard seeds.
Diet upma step by step
Take a pan heatup ghee add Mustard seeds and allow it to crackle, add green chilli, urad dal, chana dal and cook untill it changes its colour..
Add onion capsicum and saute untill it turns golden brown, add tomato and cook untill it became soft..
Add semolina and saute for few seconds add water, salt and cook..
Serve with coconut chutney..
