  2. Prepare 4-5 of ripe bananas.
  3. Prepare 3 cups of oats.
  4. Prepare 5-6 of dates soaked in 1/2 cup hot water.

  1. Place ripe bananas in food processor and blend it..

  2. Add spinach gradually into banana mixture in the food processor..

  3. Meanwhile add hot water into dates and let it soak for a bit..

  4. Now add one cup at a time into food processor with spinach and banana mix.

  5. Finally add the date water and the dates into the mixture and process well to get nice not too stiff and not too runny pancake mix..

  6. Spay your frying pan with oil and fry the pancakes on low..
