Firstly let's make the dough for naan.. take a bowl seive the maida flour, baking powder and salt. Mix them well. Now add 1 spoon of butter or ghee. Gradually add milk and make fine dough. It should not be very soft or tight. Now it's ready. Cover with soft cotton cloth. Wet the cloth with water. Now cover it and keep aside for at least 3 hours..
