In a bowl add ur sugar,yeast,water,milk,salt and mix properly bcox you are using an active yeast so add directly to the flour nd its still going to be perfect.
Add ur egg to mixture nd when d sugar malted add ur flour nd mix properly knead dough for 10mint.
After kneading d dough add ur butter by rubbing it on dough nd knead properly for another 5 mint.
After kneading d dough, the dough might turn sticky sprinkle some flour on it nd tuck it till you geta smooth surface.
Cover with a nice wet cloth or leader for 30mint.
After 30m the dough would. Double in size,then cover again for another 30mint.
Roll out ur dough not too flat.
