Ram Laddoo step by step
- Soak both the dals separately at night
Grind Soaked moong dal and chanadal into paste using minimal water.
Add ginger paste, cilantro, hing, red chilli powder, baking soda, and salt..
Mix well with hand to make the batter fluffy
Heat oil in a wok and put small portions of batter to make ladoos.
Fry until light brown and crispy..

Top it with some chaat masala, grated mooli, Coriander leaves, green chutney and sweet tamarind chutney and serve!.
