- Prepare 2 lb of ground pork.
- Prepare 2 lb of ground ham.
- It’s 1 1/2 packages of saltine crackers.
- You need 8 of eggs.
- Prepare 1 of cider vinegar.
- You need 1 of brown sugar.
- It’s 1 of yellow mustard.
Smoked Hamloaf instructions
In a large mixing bowl mix ham pork eggs and crackers.
Form into loaf.
Place in 225°smoker or a 350° oven until internal temp of 170° is reached.
While coking ham loaf make a glaze out of cider vinegar mustard and brown sugar. Sorry I don't have measurements as I typically just throw things together. You want kind of a maple syrup consistency. Baste last 30 min with mixture.
