Ingredients of Aloo Jalebi Chaat
  1. Prepare 2 of medium sized potatoes.
  2. You need 1/4 cup of rice flour.
  3. You need 1 cup of all purpose flour.
  4. Prepare as per taste of imli chutney.
  5. It’s as required of coriander mint chutney.
  6. You need as required of oil for deep frying.
  7. It’s as required of Water.
  8. Prepare as per taste of Salt.
  9. Prepare 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
  10. You need 1/2 cup of curds.
Aloo Jalebi Chaat step by step
  1. Add rice flour and all-purpose flour to a mixing bowl Along with some salt and boiled (grated) potatoes..

  2. Make a lump free batter by adding water gradually. Consistency should not be too thick or too thin. Whisk the batter for 5 minutes and let it rest for some time..

  3. Heat up a kadhai (Wok) and pour the batter into a piping bag or bottle to make jalebis..

  4. Drain the jalebis on to a kitchen paper and start plating the chaat by adding some more boiled and spiced potatoes along with some imli and coriander chutney. Finally drizzle some curds over it and enjoy. :).

  5. For making imli chutney: boil together tamarind and jaggery & sieve. Add salt and red chilli powder as per taste..

  6. For coriander chutney: Take 1cup coriander leaves and 1/4 cup mint leaves along with tomato & 2 green chillies and blend it a mixing jar. Season it with some salt..
