- Prepare 2 of medium sized potatoes.
- You need 1/4 cup of rice flour.
- You need 1 cup of all purpose flour.
- Prepare as per taste of imli chutney.
- It’s as required of coriander mint chutney.
- You need as required of oil for deep frying.
- It’s as required of Water.
- Prepare as per taste of Salt.
- Prepare 1 tsp of red chilli powder.

Aloo Jalebi Chaat step by step
Add rice flour and all-purpose flour to a mixing bowl Along with some salt and boiled (grated) potatoes..
Make a lump free batter by adding water gradually. Consistency should not be too thick or too thin. Whisk the batter for 5 minutes and let it rest for some time..
Heat up a kadhai (Wok) and pour the batter into a piping bag or bottle to make jalebis..
Drain the jalebis on to a kitchen paper and start plating the chaat by adding some more boiled and spiced potatoes along with some imli and coriander chutney. Finally drizzle some curds over it and enjoy. :).
For making imli chutney: boil together tamarind and jaggery & sieve. Add salt and red chilli powder as per taste..
