Spread the tomato paste on the pita. Lay your diced vegetables on it.
Fry your sausage in a pan and put them on the pita. Put cheese on it..
Bake for 10 min on 200C upper fan on only.
Top up egg of your choice. I made a poached egg with it and it’s delish!.
