if you so wish you can add a little milk for a softer cream and a little vanilla essence for sweetness and taste if you so wish. I leave vanilla out as I find it too sweet..
if you find this a little buttery you can always add a little more sugar or essence etc. if you do add cocoa or coffee etc. then add it dry and mix throughly..
