Ingredients of Gnocchbokki
  1. Prepare Half of a bag of Trader Joe’s cauliflower gnocchi.
  2. Prepare 6 of frozen dumplings.
  3. Prepare 2 tbsp of gochujang.
  4. You need 1 tsp of gochugaru.
  5. It’s 2 cups of chicken broth (or anchovy kelp broth if you have it).
  6. Prepare 1 tsp of cornstarch.
  7. Prepare 1/2 tbsp of sugar.
  8. It’s 1 slice of cheddar cheese.
  9. You need of Green onions.
  10. Prepare of Sesame seeds.
Gnocchbokki step by step
  1. Pan fry or boil the gnocchi and dumplings. Set aside..

  2. Combine the gochujang, gochugaru, and sugar in a bowl. Set aside..

  3. Add chicken broth to same pan and boil on medium-high heat. Stir in the paste from step 2 and dissolve. (I used about half of the paste bc I like spicy but not too spicy!).

  4. Add ingredients from step 1 back to the pan and the green onions. Stir in the cornstarch to make the sauce thick..
