Pat livers dry with paper towels. Remove livers from saute pan; place on a plate, covered with foil, to keep warm. If there is not enough fat in pan, add more olive oil. Chicken liver masala fry contains lots of flavors of onion, ginger garlic and dry spices.

  8. Now add all spices mix it well again cook for 2 minutes..

  9. Now add chicken liver mix it and add water. Cook it by covering for five minutes..

  10. Chicken liver masala is ready. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves. And serve with fulka..
