- You need 2 large of Eggs.

Preheat oven 180°C.
Add cooking oil to muffin tin, each with a tablespoon of oil, place tin in oven.
Mix flour, eggs, milk and salt to a mixing bowl, whisk well if to runny add more flour, to thick add more milk you want a batter consistancey.
After 20 min remove tin, add mixture and return to oven for a further 20-30 min.
If you want you can sit and watch them puff up and rise. A little tip try not to open oven until they've gone golden and risen, oven temp will drop and they will deflate.
