- You need 8 oz of croissant dough sheet.
- It’s 8 oz of brie.
- Prepare Cup of whole berry cranberry sauce (use my recipe!).
- Prepare of Fresh rosemary.
- Prepare halves of Pecan.
Unroll one tube of crescent dough into one long rectangle; press perforations to seal. Brie Cheese - The soft, creamy cheese has a mild nutty and buttery flavor. Once baked, it melts beautifully against the golden puff pastry cups. Cranberry Sauce - The sweet & tangy cranberry sauce complements the Brie cheese flavor.
Cranberry Brie Cups instructions
Preheat oven 375°.
Cut croissant dough into 24 squares and place into greased muffin cups.
Cut brie into 24 pieces and place into each cup.
Add 1 Tbs sauce to each cup.
Place a few pieces of rosemary into each cup.
Place 1-2 pecan halves in each cup.
Bake for approximately 15 minutes.
Serve warm or room temperature..
I used my Homemade Cranberry Sauce, but you could also use store-bought apricot jam, strawberry sauce. Place a chunk of brie into each phyllo cup. Be generous, as the brie cheese bakes, it will melt and condense. Place phyllo cups with brie into the oven for five minutes or until the brie cheese melts. As soon as the cheese melts, remove phyllo shells and top with a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
