  1. Cuci bersih buntut sapi, rebus sampai mendidih, angkat cuci kembali buang air rebusan, dan rebus kembali dengan menambahkan jahe,pala, kayu manis,gula, garam, dan lada sedikit. rebus sampai empuk.

  2. Siapkan sayuranya kemudian sisihkan.

  3. Tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay sampai wangi, masukan kedalam rebusan buntut sapi, kemudian tambahkan daun bawang dan daun seledri yg telah disimpulkan.

  4. Lalu masukan sayuran, garam, gula, lada bubuk, kaldu jamur (jika di rasa kurang asin/manis) tunggu sampai sayuran empuk angkat taburi dengan irisan daun seledri dan daun bawang goreng.
