Ingredients of Shoyu Chicken Stir-Fry
  1. It’s of Chicken thigh fillets, sliced into strips.
  2. It’s of Shoyu marinade (see related recipe).
  3. You need of Udon noodles.
  4. You need of Baby bok choy, roughly chopped.
  5. Prepare of Can baby corn spears, washed & sliced in half lengthways.
  6. You need of Red capsicum (pepper), sliced.
  7. It’s of onion, into wedges.
  8. You need of Green onion, sliced.
  9. Prepare of Sesame oil for frying.
Shoyu Chicken Stir-Fry instructions
  1. Marinate chicken for at least an hour. Shoyu marinade recipe attached.

  1. Heat oil in wok on full blast. Fry onion until browned and set aside..

  2. Stir fry chicken in batches and set aside with onion..

  3. Clean wok, then fry your veges for a few minutes until veges start to soften..

  4. Add marinate liquid and and udon noodles. Cook through for 3 or 4 minutes. Don't forget you had raw chicken in marinate so cook through well..
