Mixer butter, margarin, room butter, gulus sampai agak pucat lalu + kuning telur mix sebentar.
Masukan tepung, maizena, subuk, baking powder yg telah diayak campur sampai rata (saya pake tangan).
Ambil sedikit adonan (besar kecil sesuai selera) bentuk bulat lalu celupkan k dalam putih telur lalu gulingkan k jeju parut/kacang cincang. Tata diloyang dan tekan perlahan bagian tengah dengan ibu jari untuk tempat selai. Yang selai coklat bisa langsung disemprot ditengahnya dan bisa langsung dioven 20-30menit.
