Mix the yeast + 1 tsp sugar + tsp flour + half cup warm water in cup. Cover the cup for 10 minutes for the yeast to raise. In a bowl add the flour and milk powder, sugar, salt, oil and the raised yeast, then water. Mix them all then leave it for 1 hour to raise.
