- Prepare 125 gram of Tepung terigu pro sedang.
- You need 15 gram of Maizena.

Putu Ayu instructions
Siapkan panci kukusan dan panaskan di atas kompor.
Siapkan cetakan putu ayu. Oles tipis minyak. Sisihkan.
Dalam wadah campur semua bahan topping. Ambil 1 sdt adonan topping lalu taruh dan ratakan di dasar cetakan. Lakukan sampai adonan habis.
Dalam wadah campur santan, sari pandan dan pasta pandan. Sisihkan.
Dalam wadah kocok gula, telur, sp, vanili, garam hingga mengembang kaku.
Masukkan tepung terigu bergantian dengan larutan santan dan pandan aduk balik dengan spatula hingga rata.
Masukan adonan ke dalam plastik segitiga. Gunting ujung dan semprotkan ke cetakan putu ayu. Lakukan sampai adonan habis dan semua cetakan terisi.
Kukus putu ayu selama 20 menit hingga matang. Angkat dan keluarkan dari cetakan.
Sajikan.
