  1. It’s 150 gr of tepung terigu (me: segitiga).
  2. You need 2 btr of telur.
  3. It’s 120 gr of gula pasir (kalau suka manis boleh ditambah).
  4. Prepare 2 sdt of pasta pandan (me : cap kopoe2).
  5. You need 100 ml of santan (me : 1bks kara + air).

  1. Campur kelapa parut dengan sedikit garam kemudian kukus kurang lebih 10 menit kemudian dinginkan.

  2. Kocok gula pasir dan telur sampai mengembang berwarna pucat kemudian matikan mixer masukkan tepung terigu dan santan yg telah dicampur dengan pasta pandan secara bergantian mengunakan spatula sampai habis..

  3. Olesi loyang dengan minyak goreng, kemudian taruh kelapa yang telah dikukus tadi kedalam loyang sambil di tekan2 ratakan kemudian masukkan adonan..

  4. Masukkan adonan kedalam kukusan yang telah dipanaskan sebelumnya, lapisi tutup panci dengan serbet kemudian kukus hingga kue matang kurang lebih 20 - 30 menit, test dengan cara ditusuk apabila sdh tidak lengket berarti kue matang..
