- You need 1 kg of samp.
- Prepare 1 of onion, chopped.
- Prepare 1 of green pepper, chopped.
- You need 1 of red pepper, chopped.
- You need 1 of yellow pepper, chopped.
- You need 1 teaspoon of ground turmeric.
- It’s 3 tablespoons of cream of mushroom powdered soup.
- Prepare 1 teaspoon of six gun grill spice.
- You need 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
- It’s 1 spoon of aromat.
- It’s 100 g of margarine.
Tasty samp instructions
Rinse and boil samp till soft.
In a pan using olive oil fry onion,green,red and yellow pepper(finely chopped)add six gun grill spice then switch off the stove.
When the samp is soft make sure there's no water remaining then add margarine,turmeric and aromat then add the fried onion and peppers and stir.
Continue stirring then add cream of mushroom powdered soup.
Serve with boiled vegetables and grilled beef meat.
