  1. Preheat the oven to gas 4 / 180C / 350F and grease a glass ovenproof dish.

  2. Melt the sunflower spread and oil together in a frying pan over a medium heat. Fry off the onion until softened.

  3. Stir in the breadcrumbs, sage and parsley. Season with some salt and pepper.

  4. Spoon into the glass dish and bake for 40 mins until turning golden. You can also roll into balls and bake in an oven tray, same timing and temperature.

  5. Serve with roast chicken, pork etc.
