  6. Prepare 1/2 cup of slivered almonds, toasted.
  7. You need of Sauce.
  8. You need 1/4 cup of sesame oil.

  10. Prepare 1/4 cup of + 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar.

  1. Slice or shred vegetables with a knife or in a food processor.

  2. Toast almonds over medium heat for 3-5 minutes and allow to cool. Then add them to the veggies..

  3. Combine sauce ingredients. Order does not matter..

  4. Pour sauce over vegetables and toss until coated well..

  5. Allow slaw to set up for at least one hour in the refrigerator before serving. Longer is better..

Just swap paleo chipotle mayo for the mayonnaise, and lime juice for the vinegar. This brand of chipotle mayo is sugar-free and gives the coleslaw and nice spicy kick.
