  1. Heat a pan and dry roast the rava for few minutes. No need to change colour. Transfer and keep aside..

  2. Heat a pan with oil and spluter mustard, urad dal, cashews and curry leaves. Saute and then add onions, ginger and green chillies. Fry until onions are translucent. Add 1/4 tsp of Turmeric and salt as required..

  3. Add the chopped tomato and other vegetables. Saute and then add water. Let everything boil until the veggies are cooked. Now slowly add the roasted rava and keep stirring as we don't need any lumps. Mix it well and let it cook into a soft and gooey texture. Switch of the flame and add the ghee and finely chopped coriander leaves. If you prefer squeeze half a lemon. Cover and let it sit for a minute. Now serve hot with sambar or Chutney.
