  1. You need 1/2 Cup of Suji.
  2. Prepare 1/2 Cup of Corn.
  3. You need 2 of Carrots (Finely Chopped).
  4. It’s 1 of Green Chilli (Chopped).
  5. You need 1 of Onion (Chopped).
  6. Prepare 1/2 Tbsp of Oil.
  7. Prepare 1/2 Tsp of Mustard Seeds.
  8. It’s 1/4 Tsp of Turmeric Powder.
  9. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  10. Prepare 1 Tsp of Peanuts.
  11. You need 1 Tsp of Chopped Coriander.
  12. You need 1 Tsp of Grated Dry Coconut.
  13. You need 1 Cup of Hot Water.

  1. Heat up a pan,add suji in it roast it for 4-5 minutes on low flame.Transfer it in a plate..

  2. Now add oil in same pan,add mustard seeds and let them crackle.Now add chopped onion,green chilli, peanuts and roast it till onion turns golden brown in colour..

  3. Now add corn,chopped carrot and cook this till they becomes soft.Once carrot and corn becomes soft then add turmeric powder and mix well..

  4. Now add suji,hot water salt,some sugar and mix everything well.Add water gradually as per requirement.Cover it with lid and cook for 3-4minutes..

  5. Vegetable Upma is ready.Transfer it in palate gardish with foto ander leaves,dry grated coconut and serve hot.
