  1. Siapkan panci. Masukan air, garam, gula pasir & margarin kemudian didihkan sampai margarin meleleh & larut bersama airnya. Jangan lupa di aduk ya ☺️.

  2. Setelah mendidih, matikan api kompor, masukan tepung terigunya & aduk sampai semua bahan tercampur. Jika sudah tercampur rata dinginkan adonannya.

  3. Setelah adonan dingin, masukan bahan yg terakhir yaitu 1 butir telur & aduk kembali sampai rata. Setelah semua bahan tercampur rata siapkan spuit & piping bag.

  4. Letakan spuit keujung piping bag & gunting ujungnya. Masukan adonan ke piping bag, panaskan minyak (api sedang saja) setelah minyak panas goreng adonan churros sampai coklat keemasan.

  5. Taburi churros yg sudah masak dengan gula & bubuk cinnamon, sajikan dengan selai coklat. Hhmmm yummy 🤤 selamat mencoba ❤.
