Saute onions, carrots, celery, ginger, garlic. Add broth, tomatoes, potatoes, seasonings and bring to a boil. I love this vegetable soup, but I might have changed it so much it's not quite this recipe. Add CELERY, CARROTS, ONIONS, and GARLIC to the pot and saute until tender stirring as needed.
