Chicken Tikka Masala step by step
In a bowl, mix all ingredients mentioned under Marination section. Add chicken and marinate well.
Cover and keep it aside for 1 hour.
Insert chicken into skewers. Grease grill pan and grill chicken on all sides. It should be well browned. Keep the cooked tikka aside.
Soak cashews in warm water for 30 minutes. Discard the water.
Grind cashews and tomatoes to form smooth puree.
Heat oil in a pan, add bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and splutter cumin seeds.
Add onions and saute until Brown.
