  1. You need of semolina/suji/rava.
  2. Prepare of water.
  3. It’s of ghee.
  4. It’s of kaju.
  5. Prepare of peanuts.
  6. You need of cumin seeds.
  7. You need of mustard seeds.
  8. It’s of urad dal.
  9. Prepare of chana dal.
  10. You need of curry leaves.
  11. Prepare of onion finally chopped.
  12. Prepare of carrot finally chopped.

  15. It’s of frozen peas.
  16. Prepare of salt or to taste.

Vegetable Rava Upma instructions
  1. Firstly dry roast semolina for 3-4 minutes. keep aside..

  2. Saute peanuts and kaju into hot ghee. Transfer into a bowl..

  3. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, chanadal and urad dal into the same wok and same ghee cook for 1 minute then add and cook curry leaves..

  4. Now add onions and saute them..

  5. Now add other veggies carrot, tomato, green chilli, green peas cook for 2-3 minutes then add salt and chilli flakes..

  6. Add roasted semolina and mix well make lumps free. cook for 3 minutes on low flame..

  7. Then add water, roasted peanuts, kaju and lemon juice. All mix well..

  8. When water starts boiling then cover with lid and cook for 5 minutes on low flame..
