Fruit balls instructions
Remove 2 tbsp milk in a bowl and boil rest of the remaining milk. In 2 tbsp milk, put cornflour and saffron strands and mix well. Add 1 tbsp sugar to boiling milk and let it cook at low flame. Pour in cornflour mixture so that no lumps form. Boil for another minute with continuous stirring. Off the flame and let it cool.
Wet the trimmed bread slices with milk. Place in chopped fruits inside(which is mixed with honey and cinnamon)..
Roll it into ball. Similarly make remaining balls.
Place the balls in serving bowls. Pour in custard to the brim.
