Sup Buntut. This is my version of Indonesian Sop Buntot, which is a deeply comforting oxtail and vegetable soup. Rich in collagen and filled with complex flavors, I always serve this with steamed rice and extra sliced tomatoes, fish sauce, shallot flakes (or French-fried onions), and lime wedges on the side. - Prepare 500 gr of buntut sapi.
- It’s Secukupnya of minyak goreng.
- Prepare 1/4 buah of bawang bombay.
- Prepare 1 Batang of Bawang preh.
- It’s 750 ml of air.
- You need 2 buah of cengkeh.
- Prepare 1 buah of kembang lawang.
- Prepare 2 sdm of bawang goreng.
- It’s 1 buah of tomat.
- It’s Secukupnya of seledri.
- You need Secukupnya of garam, kaldu sapi bubuk.
- It’s of Bumbu Halus :.
- Prepare 4 siung of bawang putih.
- Prepare 8 buah of bawang merah.
- It’s 1/2 sdt of merica.
- Prepare 1/2 ruas of jahe.

Oxtail soup is one of my favourite soup. I sometimes created the oxtail soup into grilled oxtail soup. " Sup " as all of you would have figured, is literally homophonous to mean "soup" in Bahasa Indonesia. " Buntut " comes with a bit of a laugh. Bahasa Indonesia (BI) and Bahasa Melayu (BM) share may similar words within their lexicon. Afterall, one is evolved from the other.
Sup Buntut step by step
✔️Haluskan bahan yg ada di list Bumbu Halus. ✔️Masukkan minyak goreng secukupnya, tumis bumbu halus bersama potongan bawang bombay dan sebagian bawang preh. ✔️Tumis hingga layu harum kecoklatan. ✔️Masukkan air, cengkeh dan bunga lawang. Rebus sebentar…
✔️Jika sudah mendidih, masukkan buntut sapi yg sudah dipotong potong dan dicuci bersih. Lalu tutup masak hingga daging buntut empuk. ✔️Sambil menunggu merebus buntut, potong2 sesuai selera sayur sayuran, sbagain bawang preh, daun seledri. Cuci bersih dan tiriskan.
Jika daging buntut sudah empuk, tambahkan garam dan kaldu bubuk dan sayuran yg sudah dipotong2, lalu masak lagi sebentar. Tambahkan lagi bawang goreng dan potongan tomat masak kembali sebentar saja. Jangan lupa koreksi rasa ya..
