Campur kuning telur, gula dan margarin mixer sebentar saja sekitar 1 menitan (jangan kelamaan nanti nastar bisa melebar) kalau saya pake balon whisk aja mix sampai tercampur rata..
Dalam wadah lain campur tepung terigu dan susu bubuk lalu tuang ke adonan telur tadi sambil di ayak aduk dengan menggunakan sendok nasi plastik atau spatula (jangan kena tangan langsung)aduk hingga rata..
Ambil secukupnya adonan 1 sdt atau sesuai selera kemudian bulatkan lalu pipihkan isi dengan selai nenas kemudian bulatkan rapi, lakukah hingga adonan selesai..
Panaskan oven (saya pake otang) dengan api besar selama 10 menit kemudian kecilkan api (sangat kecil) oven nastar di rak paling bawah sampai setengah matang lalu keluarkan biarkan dingin dulu baru beri bahan olesan kemudian oven kembali hingga matang (untuk pemanggangan sesuaikan dengan oven masing masing ya moms).
Setelah matang keluarkan dari oven dinginkan lalu kemas dalam wadah yang tertutup rapat agar tahan lama (kalau punya saya dalam 3 hari uda kandas) 😄😄.
