  1. Prepare of Selai Nanas :.
  2. Prepare of Nanas (kupas, buang tulang, lalu parut).
  3. Prepare of Gula Pasir.
  4. You need of Cookies :.
  5. You need 200 g of Butter (bisa dicampur margarin agar jd lbh kokoh).
  6. Prepare 50 g of Gula Halus.
  7. It’s 4 btr of Telur (kuning saja).
  8. It’s 250 g of Tepung Terigu Prot. rendah.
  9. Prepare 25 g of Maizena.
  10. It’s 30 g of Susu Bubuk.
  11. It’s of Selai Nanas.

Every year when Chinese New Year approaches, my mother in law and her sisters all gather together for a multi-day baking marathon, churning out jars and jars of nastar (pineapple jam-filled cookies/pineapple tarts) and pans and pans of lapis legit (thousand layer cake).   4. Masukan terigu, maizena dan susu bubuk, aduk rata menggunakan spatula.

  5. Sebelum membentuk adonan, bentuk dahulu selai nanas bulat agar bentuk nastar bagus tanpa bintik bintik.

  6. Ambil adonan secukupnya lalu bulatkan dan pipihkan beri isi selai nanas lalu tutup dan bulatkan kembali (bentuk dan ukuran sesuai selera saja yaa), letakan di loyang, jangan lupa beri jarak.

  7. Campurkan merata 2btr kuning telur dan 1sdt minyak (saya ga pake minyak tp pake susu cair) untuk olesan.

  8. Oleskan kuning telur sebelum masuk di oven.

  9. Panggang sampai matang.

  10. Sajikan.
