Ingredients of Nastar
  1. Prepare 450 gr of tepung terigu segitiga biru/kunci.
  2. It’s 150 gr of margarine.
  3. You need 100 gr of mentega.
  4. It’s 2 buah of kuning telur.
  5. You need 80-100 gr of gula halus.
  6. It’s 40 gr of susu bubuk.
  7. It’s 10 gr of tepung maizena (optional).

  10. You need 1-2 SDM of minyak.

Every year when Chinese New Year approaches, my mother in law and her sisters all gather together for a multi-day baking marathon, churning out jars and jars of nastar (pineapple jam-filled cookies/pineapple tarts) and pans and pans of lapis legit (thousand layer cake).   3. Tambahkan campuran tepung sambil diayak bertahap, aduk dengan spatula hingga tercampur rata.

  4. Ambil sedikit adonan sekitar 10 gr atau 1 sdt lalu bulatkan dan pipihkan, isi dengan selai yg sudah di bulatkan dan bulatkan lagi lalu tata di loyang (loyang tidak apa2 tidak di oles).

  5. Panggang di oven suhu 140°C selama 15-20 menit, bagian bawah mulai kuning lalu keluarkan dari oven tunggu suhu ruang,oles dengan bahan olesan tunggu kurang lebih 5 menit,oles lagi,keringkan kurang lebih 5 menit..

  6. Kemudian oven lagi suhu 100°C api atas sampai matang kuning kecoklatan mengkilap selama 10-15 menit, sesuaikan oven masing 2.

  7. Note : ❤️ saya menggunakan otang panggang di rak atas selama 15-20 menit. ❤️ adonan cukup di mix asal rata jangan lama2 supaya hasil gk mleber. ❤️ Api harus kecil banget setelah dioles agar hasil nastar tidak retak. ❤️ Tutup adonan yang sudah di bentuk agar tidak keras.
