Preheat the oven 210 degree..
Mix egg, milk and oil together..
Add flours gently. Mix all together until it becomes smooth..
Pour the dough in the pan - I use the pan for small muffins 😉.
Bake them for about 13 min with 210 degree (don't open no matter what!).
Then stop the heat. Leave it for 3 min. Next, turn the degree into 160 and bake for more 10 min. (This is the pic of popovers after 13 min with 210 degree!).
Done! Serve with soup, salad or meat… or you can put jam to enjoy your tea time! :D.
