  1. Marinate Chicken in curd, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, salt, garam masala powder, little tandoori masala fr 3-4 hrs..

  2. Give it coal dhungar 1/2 hr before cooking..

  3. Boil rice with salt & oil. Heat little milk add saffron & keep aside..

  4. Fry onions(birista) & keep aside..

  5. In a pan heat oil add whole spices. Add marinated chicken. Cook fr smtime. Add potaoes, fried onions & chopped tomatoes. Cook till chicken is 3/4th cooked..

  6. Check the seasoning. Now sprinkle coriander leaves, mint leaves, 1-2 slit green chillies. Add rice. Over rice sprinkle fried onions, coriander leaves, saffron & few spoon oil..

  7. Cover with lid tightly. Let it cook on dum fr 20 minutes. To serve remove rice in a different dish & masala in different. Serve with raita of ur choice.
